1. Cap and Gown pick up is Friday, May 29th from 9:00 to 12:00. You will come to the front door and wait in the Lobby Area. If someone is already in the lobby, please wait outside until they exit the building.
2. Baccalaureate services will be virtual on Sunday, May 31st beginning at 7:30 PM. Here is the link. https://events.churchesofpennsvalley.org/ Please note that Pomp and Circumstance will begin at 7:20 with pictures of seniors who gave permission for them to be used.
3. Because of the current distancing situation, the senior athletic and academic awards will be presented as slideshows, highlighting the awards, their criteria, and the recipients. The athletic awards will be broadcast on Tuesday, June 2 at 7:00 PM and the academic awards will be broadcast on Wednesday, June 3 at 7:00 PM. You will be able to view the videos on either the school's website or facebook page. A complete list of the awards and the recipients will also be posted at the time of the slideshow release.
Senior awards will be consolidated into packets, which students will pick up after they cross the stage at graduation. The packets will include senior health files, your diplomas (official and mini diploma), and your senior academic and athletic awards.
4. Please find the attached graduation order. It has been revised to correct a student name that was spelled incorrectly. We apologize for the error.
