The commencement ceremony for the Penns Valley Class of 2024 is set for Friday, June 7th at 6:30 PM at the high school stadium. Here is a brief guide for entry, parking, and exiting the graduation ceremony.
All traffic will enter off of Rt. 45 onto Ram Challenge Drive (the road that goes past the tennis courts and back to the stadium).
The middle parking lot and the back parking lot will both be open for parking as well as the grassy area behind the back parking lot and the grassy area between the stadium and the upper soccer field.
The exiting process will look like this:
Those parking in the grassy areas will leave on the new extension that exits onto Green Grove Road.
Those parking on the middle or back parking lots will exit the way they came in onto Rt. 45.
If there is inclement weather on Friday, the first postponement date will be Saturday, June 8th. The second postponement date will be Sunday June 9th. The actual starting time on either of these dates will be determined by the weather forecast.
