Coaching Requirements

* All clearances need to be in for EMPLOYMENT even if you are only Volunteering for a sport*

Once you have turned in the items below, Ashley King will review and add you to the upcoming monthly board agenda for approval. Once board approved, paid coaches will receive a school issued badge from the Athletic office.  

1. Act 151 - PA Child Abuse History Certification - FOR EMPLOYMENT (every 5 years) - PA Child Abuse History Certification

2. Act 34 - PA Criminal History Clearance FOR EMPLOYMENT (every 5 years) - PA Criminal History Clearance

3. Act 114 - FBI Fingerprints  (every 5 years) -  FBI Fingerprints

4. Physical and Results of TB test (no older than 1 year from date of employment or volunteer status ; only needed for new employment unless laps in employment then required new ) - Form Link Below

5. First Aid/CPR (every two years and only required if you are a paid coach) - First Aid/CPR

6. Mandated Reporting (every 5 years) -  Mandated Reporting

7. Concussion Wise (every year) - Concussion Wise

8. Cardiac Wise (every year) - Cardiac Wise

9. Heat Wise (football only- every year) - Heat Wise
